Job Responsibilities:
1. Timely track and process customer feedback, understand customer needs, maintain customer relationships, and provide customers with thoughtful sales support;
2. Develop, and maintain high-quality customers;
3. Coordinating the communication within and outside the department and problem solving;
4. Responsible for collating customer information, sales agreements, and contract archives;
5. Assist department manager to improve operating procedures and specifications, and back-end support for sales.

3. Strong learning ability, able to quickly learn and master sales knowledge;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to proactively discover and solve problems, and organize and coordinate between various departments to solve problems in a timely manner;

6. Strong logic and summary ability, affinity in work, and able to deal with various market emergencies independently.
